Marimn Health in Plummer, ID is seeking a Lifeguard Instructor who will teach classes and supervise pool activities at the Wellness Center. This role requires Lifeguard Certification and First Aid/CPR for the Professional Rescuer, with instructor certification obtained within six months.

The position supports a safe, welcoming environment for patrons, enforces pool rules, and maintains records of chemical tests and incidents. Tribal Preference applies, pre-employment drug screening conducted.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold Lifeguard Certification, First Aid & CPR for the Professional Rescuer (or equivalent).
• If Lifeguard Instructor certification not held, it must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Must be able to pass lifeguard skills test as part of selection.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce pool policies and safety rules consistently.
• Be a role model for patrons, especially youth.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with questions.
• Promote aquatic programs to students and members.
• Conduct daily chemical tests and maintain records.
• Assist with Lifeguard and certification courses and in-house training.
