McLeod Health Fitness Center is seeking a PRN Aquatics Instructor/Lifeguard who delivers safe, quality swimming instruction and friendly service to members and guests. You will greet participants, teach according to guidelines, and help maintain a professional facility and attendance records.

• Lifeguard certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Instructs swimming program by identifying learning objectives, presenting instructional methodologies, and providing feedback for continued learning.
• Provides the appropriate instruction for the class being offered.
• Evaluates participants' progress by assessing degree of improvement.
• Assists participants in determining course of action to continue to improve swimming skills and health.
• Maintains thorough attendance records.
• Attends CPR and First Aid practice sessions.
• Supervises each participant for safety during all phases of the class.
• Reports all incidences or injuries using proper forms and submits to the Manager On Duty.
