• Must be able to pass lifeguard skills test as part of selection.

• Wears lifeguard uniform and carries rescue tube at all times.
• Enforce pool and Wellness Center policies; be fair and consistent.
• Be a role model to patrons, especially youth.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members.
