Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Lifeguard staff in maintaining constant surveillance of patrons.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide emergency care until EMS arrival.
• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Inspect the pool and report unsafe conditions or equipment to supervisor.
• Oversee handling of ID cards and health, incident, and waiver forms.
• Prepare and maintain activity reports (e.g., health surveys, sign-in sheets).
• Enforce all pool policies, rules, and regulations.
