The Lifeguard and Aquatic Instructor, under the direction of the Recreation Program Specialist and Aquatics Coordinator, is primarily responsible for monitoring the safety of participants located within the Town pools. This position is also responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in accordance with the Lifesaving Society Swim for Life program, Lifesaving Society Leadership programs, and aquatic fitness classes.

Successful candidates will be required to work the summer season, July and August. Hours of work vary and can work up to 44 hours per week. Weekend and evening work may be required.
