Lifeguards are responsible for general supervision, safety, maintenance and excellent customer service. **What you will do** * Has a neat professional appearance, with rescue tube properly placed, while maintaining proper surveillance of patrons and guests. Greets members and guest when entering the pool area with a nod of acknowledgement when possible, using names when appropriate.* Works assigned shifts, or finds an appropriate substitute following all proper procedures and documentation.* Supervises and controls all activity in the pool area and on the patio so that a safe environment is maintained.* Responsible for monitoring and appropriately recording water quality, temperature and appropriate fill levels in pool and whirlpool.* Maintains clean environment, proper equipment storage and completes scheduled shift duties.
