Job summary

The Baptist Senior Family is seeking vigilant Lifeguards to help keep residents and visitors safe at our Scott Township pool. You will monitor activities, respond to emergencies, and maintain a clean, welcoming pool environment, while delivering friendly service to guests and residents.

The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with evening and weekend shifts, competitive hourly pay based on experience, and eligibility for benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Current certifications in Lifeguarding and First Aid, current CPR/AED certification or able to get certified before hire date. Must keep all certifications current while employed.
• Thorough knowledge and application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques, facility characteristics, rules, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, decision making, leadership, public relations skills.
• Punctuality and low rate of call off is imperative. See employee manual for absenteeism guidelines.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week, varying throughout week. May include some evenings and some weekends—perfect for balancing your career with life’s other joys!
