What You’ll Do:

• Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers.


• Provide immediate and effective responses to emergency situations.


• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.

Qualifications You Bring:

• Current certifications in Lifeguarding and First Aid, current CPR/AED certification or able to get certified before hire date. Must keep all certifications current while employed.


• Thorough knowledge and application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques, facility characteristics, rules, policies, and procedures.


• Excellent communication, decision making, leadership, public relations skills.


• Punctuality and low rate of call off is imperative. See employee manual for absenteeism guidelines.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week, varying throughout week. May include some evenings and some weekends—perfect for balancing your career with life’s other joys!

Part-Time: 24-28 hours per week, varying throughout week. May include some evenings and some weekends—perfect for balancing your career with life’s other joys!
