Are you looking for a rewarding summer job where you can make a difference in your community? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as seasonal lifeguards at the city aquatics facility!

Pay Rate: $11 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of patrons by monitoring activities and consistently enforcing rules.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency.
• Perform maintenance tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe facility
• Performs Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 15 years old
• Possess current lifeguard certification (or be willing to obtain certification before the start of the season)
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
