Job summary

Ymca-of-Metropolitan-Chicag in Naperville is seeking a Lifeguard to help maintain a safe and welcoming pool environment. The role offers mid-day shifts (12-5pm) Monday through Friday with starting pay of $18/hour. No experience is required; free training and certification are provided, and you’ll receive a free YMCA membership.

You'll keep swimmers safe, respond to emergencies, and provide friendly customer service to members and guests, promoting a positive and safe pool environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous lifeguarding experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
