Job summary

Ventfitness is seeking a Lifeguard to provide direct safety oversight for members and guests in and around the pools. The role focuses on maintaining a secure pool environment and responding to emergencies promptly.

Responsibilities include supervising the pool areas, assisting with maintenance of equipment, and adapting to varying business hours. Required certifications include CPR/AED within 60 days and a current Lifeguard certification from a national organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Current Lifeguard certification from a nationally recognized organization required.

• Must meet all safety requirements and certifications necessary to perform job duties.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of emergency and safety procedures and confidence in communicating with EMS.
• Other duties as assigned.
