Qualifications

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Lifeguard certification preferred (Lifeguard/WP Module, Lifeguard Cert, etc).
• On-site role near McGaheysville, VA; willingness to train non-certified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise swimmers at pools and the WaterPark; enforce safety rules.
• Organize group swim activities and teach swimming lessons to swimmers of all ages.
• Clean pools and assist with general pool area maintenance.
• Support the mission to provide remarkable experiences in a safe and enjoyable environment.
