About Us:

Staying-A-Float Lifeguarding (S.A.F. Guarding) is not just about ensuring safety—it's about being part of a community that values teamwork, outdoor fun, and personal growth. Dive into the summer of your life with us, where you’ll make a real impact and enjoy a dynamic, engaging work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and supervision of patrons in and around the pool area.
• Enforce facility rules and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide CPR, AED, and first aid when required.
• Wear proper uniform, including all Personal Protective Equipment.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures as well as regular chemical safety checks.
• Perform secondary duties when not stationed at a lifeguard stand.
• Participate in regular in-service training or online training sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 15 years old.
• Current certifications: Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED, and First Aid.
• Experience in first aid (1 year required).

Schedule Options:

• 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts.
• Day shifts, evening shifts, and rotating weekends
• Must be available as needed on the weekends
