Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Employee Lifecycle Partner, North America, to drive employment lifecycle execution across the US and Canada within a product-minded People Operations function. You will own end-to-end processes and ensure data integrity across regions.

You’ll collaborate with Payroll, Legal and Total Rewards, build scalable lifecycle workflows, and contribute to federal contracting readiness including E-Verify and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations in North America (US and/or Canada).
• Multi-state US experience across US states and Canada with standardization where possible.
• US multi-state employment law fluency incl. at-will, leave entitlements, final pay; Canadian provincial standards a plus.
• Workday HCM experience with data integrity focus; process design experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end NA lifecycle operations (onboarding, offboarding, changes, transfers, leaves) across US states and Canadian provinces.
• Maintain Workday data integrity for the NA population, ensuring accurate records downstream for employees, managers, and Payroll.
• Handle Tier 1–2 employee inquiries and escalate to PBPs or Legal as needed, ensuring useful resolutions.
• Partner with Payroll on lifecycle transactions with clear handoffs and deadlines.
• Identify friction points and opportunities for automation to improve workflows and scalability.
• Support readiness for expansion into new states/provinces and federal government engagements (E-Verify).
• Contribute to compliance documentation and lifecycle process design as the function scales.
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset to a newly built team.
