About the Role

As Persona scales its GTM operations, we are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You will be a key part of Persona’s marketing engine, directly impacting our long-term goals. You will work cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Sales, Revenue, and Marketing Operations to identify opportunities and execute strategies that enhance the buyer’s journey. You will leverage marketing automation platforms to educate, influence, and convert buyers and customers, delivering best-in-class experiences.

Our ideal candidate is obsessed with creating exceptional cross-channel experiences, collaborative, creative, confident in strategy development and execution, and data-driven in decision-making.

What you'll achieve at Persona
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, and design teams to create, execute, and optimize nurture campaigns that move buyers through the funnel.
  • Partner with marketing and demand generation teams to optimize targeting and personalize messaging across campaigns.
  • Map out the buyer’s journey to identify drop-offs, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute quarterly A/B testing plans to enhance the buyer’s journey through education, conversion, and activation, including landing pages and digital/non-digital channels.
  • Support campaign operations, provide subject matter expertise, and assist with execution.
  • Analyze data to improve email campaign performance and achieve customer acquisition, conversion, and growth targets.
  • Proof and QA campaigns to ensure error-free execution and optimal user experience.
What you'll bring to Persona
  • 3+ years in email or lifecycle marketing within B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • Growth mindset, data-driven, with a passion for identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactive attitude, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, receptive to feedback.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems (Marketo, Iterable, Hubspot) and CRMs like Salesforce, including report creation and editing.
  • Detail-oriented, understanding the downstream impact of campaign components.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns from conception to execution, including planning and project management.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making based on data.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and privacy standards (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CPPA).
  • Nice to have: Copywriting skills, HTML/CSS knowledge.
$100,000 - $150,000 a year

Compensation & equity

This salary range is an estimate based on market data for roles in the San Francisco Bay Area and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Base salaries are one component of total compensation, which also includes competitive equity packages recognizing your impact on our mission. Salary ranges are subject to change without notice.
