About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead and expand our email and in-app engagement initiatives.
As the first full-time person in this role at OpenPhone, you will be pivotal in shaping, executing, and analyzing our campaigns. Your work will ensure that the millions of messages we send annually are personal, relevant, and impactful.
You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Design, Content, and Product Marketing teams to bring campaigns to fruition and optimize their performance. Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position in the US is $115,000 - $127,000 USD, and in Canada is $131,000 - $145,000 CAD, plus equity and benefits. Salary offers are determined based on skills, experience, and education. Our total rewards include equity, comprehensive medical coverage, a monthly lifestyle stipend, and a flexible PTO policy.
