Job description

Position Summary

Incredible Health is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. As part of the Marketing team and reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own how we engage and retain both sides of our marketplace (the professionals who use our marketplace and the employers who hire through it) across their entire journey with us, from first sign-up through long-term, repeat engagement. You'll set the lifecycle strategy, design and build the multi-channel programs that bring it to life across email, SMS, push, and in-app, and use experimentation and data to continually improve what's working. This is a hands‑on, full‑funnel role that partners closely with Product, Data, Customer Success, Engineering, and Brand/Creative to deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience and measurable business impact.

This role is 100% remote and can be located in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia

Typical Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap, spanning onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and re‑engagement.
  • Plan, build, and launch personalized, multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in‑app) that move users through their journey.
  • Design journeys segmented by persona, account stage, and engagement level; Partner with Sales to support lead scoring, routing, hand‑offs, and re‑engagement of dormant accounts.
  • Own a rigorous experimentation roadmap: design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize programs against clear success metrics.
  • Drive campaign automation and personalization, using audience and behavioral insights to build and improve always‑on programs.
  • Write clear, on‑brand, conversion‑focused copy across channels, and maintain a consistent voice throughout the experience.
  • Report on lifecycle program and channel performance, translating results into insights and recommendations for marketing and business leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to improve event tracking, data quality, and the infrastructure that powers lifecycle messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate messaging, manage send cadence, and ensure a unified customer experience.
Success in your first 6 months will look like:
  • You’ve audited the existing lifecycle programs, identified the biggest gaps and opportunities, and delivered a prioritized roadmap.
  • You’ve launched or rebuilt several high‑priority lifecycle journeys across multiple channels, with testing and scalable templates in place.
  • You’ve established a segmentation strategy and a clear experimentation cadence, with documented learnings driving each iteration.
  • You’ve built strong working relationships with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative, and become the owner of lifecycle reporting.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, including owning lifecycle strategy and execution end‑to‑end.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with a modern lifecycle marketing platform (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Hubspot, Customer.io, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience building multi‑channel journeys across email, SMS, push, and in‑app, including segmentation, automation, personalization, and triggered messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling and interpreting data, building reports, and using results to drive decisions.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft channel‑appropriate copy that converts while staying on‑brand.
  • Experience marketing to both consumer and business audiences (B2C and B2B), ideally in a marketplace; experience in healthcare or another regulated/high‑trust environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, with sound judgment about when and how to use it. Day‑to‑day use of AI tools is assumed; what sets you apart is the ability to build and direct AI‑driven workflows and agents that run lifecycle programs at scale, apply AI to segmentation, predictive scoring, and analysis, and know where AI creates real leverage versus where a simpler approach is better.
You might be the one we’re looking for if:
  • A strong track record of running lifecycle programs that improved engagement, product adoption, and retention.
  • A strong sense of ownership: you take a program from strategy through execution and stand behind the results.
  • Strong analytical skills: you're comfortable working with data to form hypotheses, measure results, and let outcomes drive decisions.
  • An AI‑native way of working, with demonstrated success using AI to drive lifecycle programs and your day‑to‑day work.
  • A bias for action and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment; you can disagree and commit, then move.
  • The ability to work independently while building alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • An experimentation mindset: you test, learn, document, and scale what works.
  • A willingness to learn, with a focus on professional development and continuous growth.
  • A love for turning data and customer insight into messaging that genuinely helps people make better decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to bring together resources across the organization to get things done.
Working here is awesome because:
  • We’re moving quickly so things never get stale.
  • We get to make a difference in the lives of healthcare workers who are truly amazing people.

  • Our company sponsored 401(k) allows you to save for retirement
