Job summary

Wellmark, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to lead the plan for marketing automation, data-driven journeys, and scalable campaigns across channels.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategies into automated journeys, implement governance, and measure impact to drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in performance/integrated digital marketing, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with Marketo/Adobe tools, ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or integrated digital marketing.
• Proven outcomes of campaigns aligned to goals.
• Strong expertise in multi-channel campaign management.
• Experience with email marketing, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to data integrity and keeping up with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan for marketing automation capabilities and campaign strategies at scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategies into automated journeys.
