Job summary

Responsibilities

• Defining support system elements and maintaining the ILS plan.
• Conducting maintainability, repairability, and availability analyses.
• Supporting sales/program teams in customer meetings and milestone reviews.
• Providing customer feedback to development and industrialization teams.
• Ensuring supportability is integrated into design (R&M, lifecycle cost).
• Coordinating development of support elements: tooling, test equipment, training, and documentation.
• Monitoring technical issues (obsolescence, compliance, repairs) and assessing impact on support systems.
• Managing program objectives related to cost, schedule, and sustainment performance.
• Overseeing creation and validation of technical publications and provisioning data.
• Preparing entry into service by defining support organization, resources, and repair flows.
• Defining spare parts, support equipment, and maintenance strategies; leading LORA analyses.
• Coordinating obsolescence management, supply support, and configuration control.
• Supporting knowledge transfer to Customer Support upon product commissioning.
• Drafting support quotes and technical proposals for RFP responses.
• Coordinating operator and maintainer training packages and supporting field activities.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
