Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to lead lifecycle logistics for FAA systems and BNATCS. You will guide strategy across acquisition, deployment, sustainment, and retirement, coordinating with engineering, program management, and FAA stakeholders to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA
• Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA
• Minimum of 3 years with PhD, 10 years with an AS, 12 years in lieu of a degree
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• Experience managing logistics for mission-critical or geographically distributed systems
• Knowledge of provisioning, maintenance planning, inventory management, obsolescence management, and lifecycle-cost analysis
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ILS strategies for FAA acquisition, deployment, and sustainment.
• Coordinate ILS execution across maintenance, supply support, training, data, and configuration management.
• Lead lifecycle logistics from concept through deployment, sustainment, and disposal.
• Identify obsolescent parts, determine replacements, evaluate lifetime-buy needs, and resolve DMSMS risks.
• Build replenishment and spares strategies for long-term supportability.
• Conduct analyses and sustainment cost evaluations.
• Provide risk assessments and readiness recommendations to FAA leadership.
