Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to lead the lifecycle logistics for FAA systems under the BNATCS contract. The role spans acquisition, deployment, sustainment, and retirement, guiding strategy and coordinating with engineering, program management, and FAA Technical Operations to improve reliability and reduce total lifecycle cost.

This onsite position supports nationwide deployments from Herndon, VA or Bowie, MD.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust
• Minimum years of experience align with degree: 8+ with BS/BA; 6+ with MS; 3+ with PhD; 10+ with AS
• Experience managing logistics for mission-critical or geographically distributed systems
• Knowledge of provisioning, maintenance planning, inventory management, obsolescence management, and lifecycle-cost analysis
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ILS strategies for FAA acquisition, deployment, and sustainment
• Manage ILS execution across maintenance, supply, training, technical data, support equipment, and configuration management
• Lead lifecycle logistics from concept through deployment, sustainment, and disposal
• Track LRUs, bar-coded components, and fielded configurations
• Identify obsolescence, determine replacements, and assess lifetime-buy needs
• Build replenishment and spares strategies for long-term supportability
• Conduct RMA analyses, logistics support analyses, trend analyses, and sustainment cost evaluations
• Coordinate annual workload budgets and resource allocations with PMO
• Oversee contractor logistics deliverables and FAA compliance
• Provide risk assessments and readiness recommendations to FAA decisions
• Deliver briefings and sustainment insights to FAA leadership
