Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in cost estimation/analysis.
• Experience developing Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE).
• Ability to translate cost data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) per regulatory guidance.
• Build cost models covering acquisition, operations, maintenance, and disposal phases.
• Perform cost analyses using parametric, analogy-based, and engineering build-up methods.
