Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers to develop and maintain manufacturing analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop solutions that reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance quality.
• Analyze production data, process flow, and resource use to identify improvements.
• Guide capacity planning and workforce considerations for scalability.
• Create and maintain documentation for analytics strategies and Kaizen initiatives.
• Support new product development from a manufacturing perspective.
