Anduril Industries is seeking a Director, Production Analytics to own global analytics across Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Warehousing. You will lead the hardest problems, build a team, and ensure data-driven decisions drive investments and outcomes.

You will focus on leading indicators, enterprise-standard analytics products, and scalable ramp analytics while mentoring managers and delivering credible, trusted numbers to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, data, or quantitative operations with 5+ years leading analytics teams.
• Rigorous approach to ambiguous problems and method installation in a team.
• Hands-on SQL and a modern data stack, able to defend methods with data.
• Track record of identifying high-value problems and solving them analytically.
• Experience shipping analytics as products with real users and retiring旧 solutions.
• Ability to influence leadership peers without authority; U.S. security clearance eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead hardest analytics problems yourself on key programs and build a capable team.
• Shift production reporting from retrospective to leading indicators and adoption.
• Standardize capabilities into supported products and consolidate reporting.
• Own analytics for ramping production from low to high rate with credible constraints.
• Build the analytics organization and the tooling that makes defects visible and fixable.
