Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required to meet MID or SENIOR levels.
• Experience in full lifecycle of DoW or IC acquisitions.
• Experience writing SOWs, PWS and other acquisition documents.
• Experience monitoring cost, risk, schedule, and performance from an acquisition perspective.

Responsibilities

• Validate program requirements are complete, well-defined, and within contract scope.
• Develop procurement packages including schedules, financial plans, SOWs, and evaluation criteria.
• Lead technical evaluations of contractor proposals and document findings.
• Monitor contract execution and propose corrective actions as needed.
• Author complex requirements documents (SOWs, PWS) for contracts.
