Job summary

i270 Solutions Group LLC is seeking a junior analyst to provide foundational support for the acquisition lifecycle, assisting with acquisition documents, tracking action items, and learning the fundamentals of federal contracting under supervision.

This role involves maintaining organized files, coordinating meetings, monitoring contract actions, and supporting day-to-day procurement activities as you build practical experience under senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 0–3 years of relevant experience, compliant with GSA standards.
• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and tracking of acquisition documents, such as market research reports, draft SOWs, and purchase requests.
• Help coordinate acquisition-related meetings and track action items from Acquisition Strategy Panels and other planning sessions.
• Maintain organized digital and physical files for procurement packages, ensuring all required documentation is present and version controlled.
• Assist in tracking the status of ongoing contract actions and monitoring the delivery of goods and services.

As a junior analyst, this individual provides foundational support for the acquisition lifecycle. Work at this level involves the execution of established office procedures and standard practices with oversight.

• Helping to coordinate acquisition-related meetings and tracking action items from Acquisition Strategy Panels and other planning sessions.
• Maintaining organized digital and physical files for procurement packages, ensuring all required documentation is present and version controlled.
• Assisting in tracking the status of ongoing contract actions and monitoring the delivery of goods and services.

Required Skills
