Job summary

COALITION LIFE is seeking a Full-Time Life Choice Associate in Overland Park, KS, to support our mission of ending abortion peacefully. The role involves sidewalk advocacy, coordinating volunteers, and assisting with events and donor outreach.

The position requires daily prayer, 30–40 hours per week, and regular sidewalk shifts. You will maintain materials, respond to inquiries, and help with fundraising while working with teams and churches to advance our message.

The purpose of the Full-Time Life Choice Associate is to assist in the execution of the Coalition Life mission of “Ending Abortion Peacefully and Prayerfully”. We do this through constant vigil, sidewalk counseling at the local abortion facility, and collaborating with volunteers, churches, and donors to send a message to the community that abortion is unthinkable.

Requirements

• Pray daily for the mission of Coalition Life
• Work 30 - 40 hours per week
• Required to work ideally 3-4 sidewalk shifts per week
• Maintain equipment and signs at sidewalk counseling/prayer vigil locations
• Maintain turnaround statistics, stories, and video footage
• Answer incoming calls
• Clean office
• Email/call volunteers
• Organize volunteers for events and campaigns
• Thank and reassure volunteers and donors
• Assist with banquet and other fundraising activities
• Assist in copying, printing and mailing-related tasks
