Life Time, Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to manage daily shift operations, ensuring a high-quality member experience and motivating staff to deliver outstanding service.

You will monitor food quality and speed of service, adjust schedules, and provide leadership while handling light food prep. Night and weekend availability is required based on business needs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.
• Experience in fast-paced food service or retail is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules based on traffic.
• Act as daily shift leader by providing high level customer and team support.
• Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers professionally.
• Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manage light food preparation responsibilities.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to member questions and concerns.

Position Summary

The LifeCafe Supervisor oversees the daily shift operations in the LifeCafe. They deliver a high-quality experience to the members, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service. They also monitor food quality and speed of service ensuring a positive member and guest experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow

• Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support

• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers in a professional manner

• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager

• Manages light food prep responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently responds to member questions, comments, and concerns

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

• ServeSafe certification with the first 60 days of hire

• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time

• Night and weekend availability is required based on the business needs

Preferred Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisor or manager experience with a food service or retail background in a high volume atmosphere
