Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Woodstock, GA seeks a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations in the LifeCafe. You will deliver a high-quality member experience and motivate staff to ensure outstanding service while monitoring food quality and speed of service.

This role acts as the daily shift leader, guiding team members, handling schedule adjustments, and ensuring items are prepared correctly and served professionally. Availability nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs.
• Night and weekend availability may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules based on traffic flow.
• Act as daily shift leader, providing customer and team support.
• Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
• Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manage light food preparation responsibilities.
• Respond promptly to member questions, comments, and concerns.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow
• Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers in a professional manner
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager
• Manages light food prep responsibilities
• Quickly and efficiently responds to member questions, comments, and concerns

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
• ServeSafe certification with the first 60 days of hire
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• Night and weekend availability is required based on the business needs

Preferred Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisor or manager experience with a food service or retail background in a high volume atmosphere
