Guardian Life is seeking a senior life underwriter leader to balance analytics with prudent judgment. You will coach teams, drive faster turnaround times, and collaborate across product, distribution, and technology to improve mortality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

You will adjudicate highly complex cases, oversee peak-volume underwriting, develop the team, and use analytics dashboards to monitor performance and push continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Life underwriting expertise with authority to adjudicate complex, high-value cases.
• Minimum 5 years of life underwriting experience, with leadership ability.
• Experience with automated underwriting platforms (RHO, PIA) and QC.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; collaborate with reinsurers.
• Ethical decision-making, regulatory compliance and sustainable practices.

• Provide expert judgment on highly complex and escalated cases, ensure guideline consistency.
• Oversee complex adjudication during peak volumes with analytics use.
• Lead and develop underwriters, set priorities, ensure SLAs.
