Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking a senior life underwriter leader to balance analytics with prudent judgment. You will coach teams, drive faster turnaround times, and collaborate across product, distribution, and technology to improve mortality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

You will adjudicate highly complex cases, oversee peak-volume underwriting, develop the team, and use analytics dashboards to monitor performance and push continuous improvement.
