Job summary

Orlando Health seeks an experienced education professional to plan, coordinate, and deliver life support education and skill validation for staff and physicians. You will ensure alignment with AHA and AAP standards and maintain up-to-date certification and documentation.

In this role, you will develop curricula, utilize the LMS, and drive ongoing professional development across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain current BLS/Healthcare Provider and instructor certification.
• Maintain current ACLS and/or PALS Instructor certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates life support education and skill validation for team members, learners, and physicians.
• Ensures alignment with AHA and AAP standards and OH policies.
• Cleans, decontaminates, and maintains equipment per safety standards.
• Provides educational materials, curriculum, and resources to maintain knowledge and compliance.
• Utilizes assessments to outline educational development plans for staff.
• Maintains attendance, records, and compliance with guidelines.
