Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Life Skills Professional to support participants with daily living, coping, and recovery skill development. The role includes facilitating groups, documenting progress, and promoting recovery-oriented outcomes.

You will assess needs, document, and help implement individualized recovery plans while collaborating with a network of service providers to ensure continuous, effective support for participants.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the social service field.
• CPRP, CPS or WRAP training is a plus.
• Must possess a current valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Intervene in crisis and document all incidents and required observations.
• Maintain program records, enter census and billing data, and monitor daily notes.
• Assess and support daily living goals per Recovery Model and RSP.
• Coordinate with other agencies to ensure continuity of services.
• Develop and review RSP goals with participants every 60 days.
