Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of person-centered practices; Medicaid experience preferred.
• Experience with Therap or similar electronic documentation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for Life Skills staff.
• Oversee daily operation and scheduling of the Life Skills program.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Promote person-centered services and participant engagement.
• Attend IPP, behavioral planning, and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Ensure safety, incident reporting, and emergency drills.
