Qualifications

• Proficiency with standard office software and equipment.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records.
• Flexibility to work with diverse student needs.

Responsabilités

• Administers assessments (e.g. reading fluency) to inform progress.
• Assist students, under teacher direction, in group or one-on-one settings.
• Support learning activities, reinforce concepts and monitor progress.
• Attend meetings and trainings to stay informed of job functions.
• Collaborate with teachers to evaluate student progress and IEP objectives.
• Implement instructional programs and lesson plans under supervision.
• Instruct students in reading, math, and daily living skills as needed.
• Maintain classroom equipment, records, attendance, and supplies.
• Modify assignments to support learning objectives.
• Monitor student behavior to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Perform clerical tasks to support teaching staff.
• Record observations and incidents for reporting.
