Compass Llc in San Jose is hiring a Full-Time Life Skills Instructor (Life Coach) to help adults with developmental disabilities live independently. You will teach essential life skills and coordinate with a supportive team, with virtual interviews now in place for safety and convenience.

Competenze

• Willingness to learn: no college degree is required, but must be teachable.
• Excellent at scheduling and knowledgeable about community resources.

As a coach with Compass, you will help adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through Independent Living Services. We walk beside our clients offering life skills instruction and mentorship. Every client's needs are unique to them and our teams work together to ensure each client receives the exact services they need.

OUR LIFE SKILLS COACHES WILL TEACH THEIR CLIENTS:

• Medical and dental appointment setting
• General social and emotional skills
