Job summary

Compass is hiring a Life Skills Instructor (Life Coach) for a full-time role in the San Jose area. You will help adults with developmental disabilities to live interdependently in their own homes, delivering life skills instruction and mentorship.

Qualifications

• No college degree is required, but must be teachable.
• Excellent at scheduling and knowledge of community resources.
• Must have a car, insurance, and a valid driver's license.
