Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Valid Driver's License with endorsements and driving experience (3 yrs).
• Proficient with WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living skills and independence.
• Provide help with personal care, community participation, and household tasks.
• Encourage social engagement and meaningful activities.
• Complete individualized documentation after service delivery.
