Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe living environment, documenting progress in ISPs, and communicating changes to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to assist with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with IDD, including behavioral support needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and promote independence.
