Job summary

The Arc Fresno/Madera Counties is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise and train participants with developmental disabilities, helping them develop skills and independence in a supportive, caring environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a California Driver's License and be able to pass background checks, physical, TB and drug test.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds and use a computer for notes and video tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Provide care, supervision, instruction and/or job coaching, in person, remotely, or in the community.
• Develop activities, curriculum and schedules for programming in person or remotely.
• Assist with ISP/IHC implementation and daily documentation.
• Assist with personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and ambulation as needed.
• Document progress with daily charting in client files.
