The schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. A reliable vehicle is required to drive on shift, with documentation and reliable communication with the Kindly team expected.

Qualifications

• Experience providing one-to-one support in home or community settings.
• Ability to foster companionship and independence for adults with disabilities.
• Reliable and able to follow service plans and document activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one companionship and person-centered support.
• Help the individual participate in community activities and daily routines.
• Support errands, appointments, recreation, and social opportunities.
• Encourage independence, decision-making, and life skills.
• Assist with goals from the service plan and document progress.
• Maintain safety and follow instructions, communicating with the team.
