Qualifications

• Physically able to assist with mobility and provide hands-on support as needed.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to assignment).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a coach, mentor, and advocate.
• Build and maintain daily routines and household structure.
• Support community integration in various activities.
• Assist with communication and social skill development.
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments.
• Complete session notes/documentation.
