Spread Your Wings LLC - ILS Services is hiring an Entry-Level Life Skills Team Member in Southern California. This role trains the right candidate and focuses on coaching individuals with developmental disabilities to build independence.

Positions are available in San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Rancho Bernardo. Expect part-time hours with opportunities to grow into a full-time role; no experience required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Coaching and mentoring skills to support clients.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Dependability and ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients on independent living skills.
• Motivate and support clients with development goals.
• Plan weekly goals and schedules with clients.
• Document progress through case notes and quarterly reports.
• Spend 90% of time in the field with clients, 10% admin.
