Spread Your Wings, LLC is hiring an entry-level ILS Life Skills Team Member in Orange County. We will train the right person and no experience is required. Salary starts at $21.50 per hour with holiday bonuses and extensive benefits starting day one.

You’ll coach clients, support individuals with developmental disabilities, and plan weekly goals while spending most of your time in the field. Join a mission-driven team focused on growth and client care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check (per state industry standards)
• Computer literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry

Responsibilities

• Coach clients on building independent living skills
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Help plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules that work for your clients
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes and quarterly reports
• Spend 90% of your time in the field with clients and 10% on admin/documentation
