Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Community Support Mentor / Direct Support Professional to provide individualized support to an adult with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the Brick, New Jersey community. In this one-to-one role, you will help the individual build independence, stay engaged in the community, and work toward personal goals. Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Pay: $17–$21 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Location: Brick, NJ.

Qualifications

• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to follow individualized guidance and maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to help build independence and community engagement.
• Support daily routines and activities and follow individualized plans.
• Complete service documentation and communicate with the Kindly team.
• Adhere to onboarding, background checks, and training requirements.

You will also complete service documentation and communicate consistently with the Kindly team.

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Applicants must be able to reliably work this exact schedule.

Pay: $17–$21 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Brick, NJ. Driving during shifts is required.
