Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Hammonton, NJ. You will support an autistic adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community, helping with daily living activities and promoting independence.

Flexibility matters as hours are scheduled Fri 9am-9pm, Sat 9am-9pm, and alternating Mon 9am-9pm and Mon 3:30pm-9pm. Driving is required to perform duties and complete onboarding and background checks.

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Experience preferred.
• Comfortable with driving individual in the community.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
