• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs and support instructions.
• Help maintain safety, complete required documentation, and communicate reliably with the Kindly Direct Care team.
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday, 3:15–6:30 p.m. Consistent attendance is important because the individual and family rely on the agreed schedule.
