Sevita's NeuroRestorative in Las Vegas is seeking compassionate direct-support professionals to help individuals with brain and spinal injuries live more independently. You will provide daily living assistance, transportation support and participation in community activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, confidentiality, and accurate records; onboarding includes orientation and ongoing training, with opportunities to grow in a mission-driven environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Mansioni

• Provide direct support with socialization, personal care and daily living activities.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with money management and safety of individuals' funds as assigned.
• Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families and case managers.
• Report incidents and follow health care directives.
• Assist with medical appointments and medications if assigned.
• Travel as needed and ensure safety during transportation.
