Child & Family in Rhode Island is seeking a Life Skills Coach to support Semi-Independent Living and Independent Living programs. You will work across the Semi-Independent Living and Independent Living Programs to assist with the client’s treatment team to create an individualized plan for successful transition to permanence and independence through building life skills specific to vocational training, Financial and educational goal attainment. The Life Skills Coach will provide before and after transition services and integration of behavioral health treatment in the community for successful independence whether in the Independent Living Program (ILP) reunification with family or aging out of the system. The Supportive Independent Living and Independent Living Programs work with youth ages 16-20 years of age.
