Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, valid driver license, driving history that meets company's insurability and reliable transportation. Direct Support Professional (DSP), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Emergency Medical Tech (EMT) or similar experience a plus! Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification offered through Bridgeway, along with successfully passing the Direct Support Person (DSP) credential and Medication training program. If licensed, required to maintain license requirements. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
